My Story

Most of my earliest and fondest memories are centered around the kitchen. Whether it was "helping" (aka making a mess) while my mom made 14 loaves of cheese bread for church dinner on Wednesday nights or the weeks of work that would go into all of our Christmas goodies, baking was a central part of my childhood.

After graduating from high school I knew I wanted to be a baker, so I worked at a few ice cream shops, a chocolatier, and several bakeries to hone my craft and learn different styles, mediums, and recipes. All of this experience has given me a great understanding of bread, pastries, chocolates, and especially cakes. I have made cakes for every occasion including weddings and am well versed in buttercream, fondant, isomalt, gum paste, and modeling chocolate. I always like pushing boundaries and would love the chance to make your dream cake a reality!
